If a signed order form or written service agreement expressly conflicts with this document, that signed agreement controls only for the conflicting subject and only for the customer it covers.

Tauriam Terms and Conditions

1. About Tauriam

Tauriam is configurable software for people and organizations that want to organize their work in a tailored application. Individuals, independent professionals, small businesses, teams, and larger organizations may create accounts and purchase a plan; Tauriam is not limited to enterprise customers. Depending on the features made available to you, you can configure business data, records, screens, navigation, user roles and page access, and workflow or scheduled automation. Use cases include inventory, sales, customer management, clinic administration, accounting support, human resources, and other operations.

Tauriam is a general-purpose software platform. It does not itself provide accounting, tax, legal, medical, employment, financial, or other regulated professional services. You are responsible for deciding whether the software and your configuration are suitable for your business and for having qualified professionals review business-critical processes.

In this document, “Tauriam,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the provider of the Tauriam Service. “Service” means the Tauriam website, application, software features, and related support that we make available. “Customer” means the individual or organization that creates or controls a Tauriam organization. “You” means the Customer and each person who accesses the Service through its account. “Customer Data” means data, content, instructions, and configurations submitted to or created in the Customer’s workspace.

2. Acceptance and authority

By creating an account, accepting an order, or using the Service, you agree to this document. If you accept for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

If a person uses Tauriam through an organization, the organization is the Customer and is responsible for that person’s activity under the organization’s workspace. The organization’s administrator may manage access, roles, configuration, and Customer Data for that workspace.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us at support@tauriam.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials in a way that bypasses the access controls available in the Service. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of this document or applicable law.

The Customer is responsible for deciding which people to invite, assigning appropriate roles, and removing access when it is no longer needed. You must ensure that people whose information is entered into the Service have received any notices and protections required by law.

4. License and permitted use

Subject to this document and the plan or order you select, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right during your authorized access period to use the Service for your internal business purposes. This right does not transfer ownership of Tauriam or its intellectual property to you.

You may not, and may not help another person to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, to infringe another person’s rights, or to facilitate harm;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the Service’s security, access controls, or usage limits;
  • access another customer’s workspace or data without authorization;
  • reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or make a competing service from the Service, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction;
  • upload malware or content that you do not have the right to use;
  • use the Service to send spam, commit fraud, or violate applicable sanctions, export-control, privacy, consumer-protection, or other laws; or
  • use Tauriam as the sole means of making a decision where a qualified human review is required by law or necessary to prevent material harm.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate steps under Section 12, subject to applicable law.

5. Customer Data and responsibilities

As between you and us, you retain your rights in Customer Data. You grant us a limited, worldwide permission to host, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and carry out your instructions. This permission ends when the relevant Customer Data is deleted from active systems, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy and any legal obligations or backups.

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of Customer Data; the permissions and notices required for its collection and use; your organization’s configuration and access settings; and maintaining any copies or records that your business needs. Do not submit payment-card security codes, highly sensitive personal data, or regulated data unless the Service expressly supports that category and you have confirmed the applicable terms and safeguards with us.

Where you provide personal data about other people, you are responsible for determining your role under applicable data-protection law, providing required notices, establishing a lawful basis, and responding to those people’s requests. Where required, the parties will enter into a separate data-processing agreement before that processing begins.

6. AI-assisted features

Some features may use artificial intelligence to help interpret instructions, answer questions about a workspace, or generate or modify configuration or screens. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. You must review it before relying on it, applying it to a business process, or making it available to your team. AI output is not professional advice and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other high-impact decisions.

When you use an AI feature, your prompt and information relevant to the request may be processed by Tauriam and service providers to provide that feature. Do not submit information to an AI feature unless you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it.

You retain rights in your inputs. As between you and us, Customer Data remains yours. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use output generated for you through the Service. We do not promise that AI output is unique, protectable by intellectual-property law, or free of third-party claims. You are responsible for reviewing output and confirming that your use is lawful.

7. Plans, fees, taxes, and payment

Plan prices and payments are in United States dollars (USD). The plan details and total amount due are shown in the Service or at checkout before you pay. These details form part of your purchase.

Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed 30-day term. Each payment is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. To continue after the term ends, an administrator must manually select a plan and complete another payment. The payment method and total amount due will be shown before you confirm payment. Payment failures and overdue accounts are handled as described in Section 21.3.

Tauriam applies local taxes to customers in Pakistan where required. Tauriam does not currently calculate or collect taxes for customers in other countries; customers outside Pakistan are responsible for determining and paying taxes that apply to them. If Tauriam is required by law to collect a tax in another jurisdiction, it will be shown before payment. Any applicable invoice or payment receipt will be made available through the payment process or account. See Section 21.5 for further details.

We may change prices for future purchases by giving notice through the Service or to the account contact. A price change will not alter a period already paid for. If you do not accept a new price, you may choose not to make another manual payment when your current paid term ends.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to provide a useful and reliable Service, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written service-level agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party outages, security events, and other circumstances may affect availability.

We may update, add, or discontinue features and will provide notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. Nothing in this document limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Support

For help and customer support, contact support@tauriam.com. For other help inquiries, contact help@tauriam.com. Support does not include data migration, bulk data export, professional advice, or custom development. Tauriam does not offer a migration service.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

We and our licensors own the Service, its name and branding, and related materials, except for Customer Data and third-party materials. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this document. You may not remove proprietary notices.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.

11. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other that is identified as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential. The receiving party will use it only for the relationship described in this document and protect it using reasonable care. This does not cover information that the receiving party can show was already known, becomes public without breach, is received lawfully from another source, or is independently developed. A party may disclose confidential information when legally required, after giving notice where legally permitted.

12. Suspension and termination

Paid plans are purchased for a fixed term and do not renew automatically. You may stop using the Service at any time; a completed paid term cannot be cancelled for a refund, and it ends on its stated expiry date unless you make another payment. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, or material breach; we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy where practical and legally permitted. We may terminate the Service or your account for a material breach that remains uncured after reasonable notice, or immediately where required by law or needed to address serious harm or security risk.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. The data-retention rules in the Privacy Policy apply. Tauriam does not provide a data-export or migration service, as described in Section 23. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including provisions concerning unpaid fees, intellectual property, Customer Data permissions for legally required retention, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and interpretation.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as available” and we exclude implied warranties or conditions that the law permits us to exclude, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet every business requirement, that Customer Data will never be lost or corrupted, or that a configuration or AI output will be accurate or suitable. We will still perform our express obligations under this document and applicable law.

Nothing in this document excludes a warranty, consumer right, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. This does not exclude amounts that applicable law does not permit a party to exclude.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each party’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or this document will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the Customer to us for the Service during the 12-month period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

The exclusions and cap do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the Customer will defend and indemnify Tauriam against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, the Customer’s unlawful use of the Service, or the Customer’s material breach of this document, except to the extent a claim results from our breach, negligence, or willful misconduct. We will give prompt notice of a claim and reasonable cooperation.

16. Governing law and disputes

This document is governed by the laws of Pakistan, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other law that applies to you. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan will hear disputes, subject to any non-waivable rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting billing@tauriam.com, unless urgent relief or a shorter statutory deadline is necessary. This section does not prevent a customer from using a mandatory complaint or dispute-resolution process.

17. General terms

This document and any applicable order form or data-processing agreement are the entire agreement on their subject and replace prior discussions on that subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as needed to make it enforceable, and the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent, except as part of a merger or sale of substantially all of your business where the transferee agrees to it. We may transfer it as part of a corporate reorganization or sale of the Service. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

We may update this document by posting a revised version and stating its effective date. For a material change, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email where practicable. If you continue using the Service after the change takes effect, the updated terms apply, except where your affirmative consent is required by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and do not make another manual payment for a new term.

Tauriam Policies

20. Privacy Policy

20.1 Who is responsible

For account and website information that we collect for our own purposes, Tauriam is responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy. For personal data that a Customer enters into its Tauriam workspace about its staff, customers, patients, suppliers, or other individuals, the Customer generally decides why and how it is used; we process that data to provide the Service and follow the Customer’s instructions. The parties’ roles depend on the facts and applicable law.

20.2 Information we collect

Depending on how you use Tauriam, we may collect:

  • Account and organization setup information: your name, email address, username, and login credentials; and your organization’s name, type of work or industry, country, and city. Initial account and organization setup does not require a phone number or other contact details.
  • Customer Data: records, files, configurations, instructions, and other content that a Customer or its users choose to store in the workspace.
  • Billing and transaction information: plan, payment status, transaction references, billing address, and related records. Payment providers process payment details; we receive transaction information needed to confirm and administer payments.
  • Usage and device information: sign-in events, feature usage, diagnostic information, browser and device details, and approximate location derived from network information, to the extent collected.
  • Support and communications: messages sent to our support or business contacts and the information needed to respond.
  • AI feature information: prompts and the workspace context needed to answer a request or generate an output when a user chooses an AI feature.

20.3 Why we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts; provide the Service and its features; process payments and manage subscriptions; authenticate users and administer access; provide support; maintain reliability and security; detect abuse and investigate incidents; communicate service, legal, and billing information; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, understand and improve the Service.

We do not sell Customer Data or use it to advertise third-party products. We process Customer Data, including AI prompts and relevant workspace context, to provide, secure, and support the Service and its requested features.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, which may include performing a contract, legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Service, complying with legal obligations, or consent. If we rely on consent, it may be withdrawn as permitted by law. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully or processing that has another lawful basis.

20.5 Sharing and service providers

We may share information with personnel and service providers that need it to operate the Service, including providers for hosting, storage, email, authentication, payments, file handling, support, security, and AI processing. They may process information for the services they provide to us, subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, Tauriam, or the Service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the Service, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of our business, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

20.6 International processing

Tauriam serves customers in multiple countries. Information may be processed in Pakistan, Singapore, or other countries where Tauriam or its service providers operate. The privacy and data-transfer laws that apply may differ by your location.

20.7 Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the Service, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and purpose.

When a workspace or account is closed, we delete or de-identify Customer Data as part of our normal data-management processes, except for information retained where needed to meet legal obligations, protect the Service, or resolve disputes. Tauriam does not provide a data-export or migration tool or a manual data-migration service. Customers are responsible for keeping any separate copies they need before closing their account.

20.8 Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to complain to a regulator. You may submit a request to info@tauriam.com. We may need to verify your identity and, for workspace data controlled by a Customer, direct you to that Customer. We will respond as required by applicable law.

20.9 Cookies and similar technologies

The website or Service may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, and basic operation. Where applicable law requires consent for optional cookies or similar technologies, we will request it and provide the choices required by law.

20.10 Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers must protect credentials, configure access appropriately, and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. The security measures and incident-notification commitments applicable to a particular Customer may be described in a separate data-processing or security addendum.

If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting Customer Data, we will notify the Customer without undue delay as required by applicable law and any applicable written agreement. Customers are responsible for determining whether and how they must notify affected individuals or regulators.

20.11 Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not designed for children to create personal accounts. Customers must not knowingly submit children’s personal data unless they are authorized to do so and the Service is appropriate for that use under applicable law.

20.12 Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the new version with an updated date and provide notice of material changes where required. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to info@tauriam.com.

21. Subscription and Billing Policy

21.1 Plans and limits

Plan prices are based on the number of user seats, storage allowance, backup capacity, and included AI credits. The exact price and limits for each plan are shown in the Service and at checkout. Plan details may change for future purchases; a change does not affect a paid term already in progress. All plan prices and AI-credit balances are denominated in USD.

An organization may add AI credits in amounts from $5 to $500 USD per transaction. A 16% service fee is added to the amount of AI credits selected. The fee is charged in addition to the credit amount and is not deducted from the wallet balance. For example, a $40 credit top-up adds $40 to the AI balance and costs $46.40 before any separately displayed applicable tax.

21.2 Billing period and renewal

Each paid plan payment covers a 30-day term. Payments are one-time and do not renew automatically. To continue a paid plan after the current term ends, an administrator must manually select a plan and complete another payment. Tauriam will not automatically charge a saved payment method for a new term.

21.3 Payment failures and overdue accounts

If a payment is declined or does not complete, try another supported payment card. For payment assistance, contact billing@tauriam.com. If a paid term expires, you can make a new manual payment to restart paid membership. Any change to access or plan limits after expiry will be shown in your account.

21.4 Changes to plans

You may change plans only after your current paid subscription term has ended. The new plan takes effect after you select it and its payment is confirmed. Plan changes are not applied partway through a paid term.

21.5 Taxes and invoices

Prices are displayed in USD. Tauriam applies local taxes to customers in Pakistan where required. Tauriam does not currently calculate or collect taxes for customers in other countries; customers outside Pakistan are responsible for determining and paying taxes that apply to them. If Tauriam is required by law to collect a tax in another jurisdiction, the tax will be shown at checkout. Any invoice or payment receipt available for a transaction will be provided through the payment process or account.

22. Refund and Cancellation Policy

22.1 Cancellation

Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed 30-day term and do not renew automatically. Once a payment is completed, you cannot cancel that paid term or receive a refund for unused time. To stop using a paid plan after the current term, do not make another manual payment. This policy does not limit a cancellation or withdrawal right that cannot legally be waived.

22.2 Refunds

Completed plan payments and AI-credit top-ups are non-refundable, including where you do not use the Service or all purchased credits. No partial or prorated refunds are provided. These terms apply except where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.

22.3 Free plans, trials, and promotional offers

Any trial or promotional offer will state its eligibility, duration, included features, and end-of-trial options when offered. A trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan. To continue with a paid plan, you must manually select a plan and complete payment.

23. Customer Data export and closure policy

Tauriam does not provide a data-export tool, data-migration tool, or manual data-migration service. Tauriam cannot transfer or migrate Customer Data to another system, and contacting support cannot arrange an export or migration. Customers are responsible for keeping any independent copies of information they need. When an account is closed, Customer Data is handled under Section 20.7.

24. Acceptable Use and Customer content policy

Customers may use Tauriam for lawful business operations and may configure it for their own workflows. Customers must not use it to store, process, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights. Customers must ensure that their users follow this policy and that their configurations do not grant access beyond what is appropriate.

We may remove or restrict access to content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, address a credible security threat, protect another person’s rights, or enforce this policy. Where practical, we will notify the Customer and explain the reason, subject to legal and security constraints.

25. Service notices and policy contact

We may send operational, security, legal, and billing notices to the account email or through the Service. Customers must keep the account contact details current and ensure that someone monitors them. Marketing communications, if any, will include available opt-out controls and will follow applicable law.
